Key responsibilities & impact
  • Senior-level professional focused on Technical Leadership.
  • Provide technical leadership for projects and squads, ensuring adherence to business requirements, architecture, quality, performance, security, and maintainability.
  • Translate business requirements into robust, scalable, and sustainable technical solutions.
  • Define and uphold architecture standards, engineering practices, quality, testing, CI/CD, and technical governance.
  • Support critical architectural decisions and lead trade-off discussions balancing cost, timeline, risk, and complexity.
  • Act as a technical advisor to technology and business stakeholders.
  • Support the evolution of distributed architectures, integrations, APIs, event-driven systems, and cloud-native solutions.
  • Manage technical risks and escalations autonomously, focusing on continuity and delivery quality.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields.
  • Strong background in technology with relevant experience in technical leadership, solutions architecture, software engineering, or technical leadership of squads/complex projects.
  • Experience in complex corporate environments with multiple stakeholders and a strong need for alignment between technology and business.
  • Knowledge of software architecture, distributed systems, integrations, APIs, quality, CI/CD, observability, and security.
  • Ability to make design decisions considering business requirements, not just technical criteria.
  • Technical or advanced proficiency in English.
  • Previous experience in consultancies or multi-squad contexts.
