About the role
- Senior-level professional working with ServiceNow.
- App Engine, ensuring platform customization and adaptation according to the company’s specific needs;
- Development and customization of ServiceNow portals, using modern front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular, etc.) to create an intuitive, responsive user experience;
- Work closely with business teams and other stakeholders to understand requirements and design robust, scalable, high-performance solutions;
- Ensure developed solutions follow ServiceNow best practices and quality standards, with a focus on security, performance, and usability;
- Conduct system integrations with other platforms and databases using ServiceNow native capabilities, such as REST APIs, SOAP, and other integration tools;
- Create and implement solutions using ServiceNow.
Requirements
- Experience in developing and architecting solutions on the ServiceNow platform, with a strong focus on App Engine and front-end (portal) development;
- Advanced Technical Knowledge: deep familiarity with ServiceNow tools and technologies such as App Engine, Service Portal, Widgets, REST APIs, and integration with external systems;
- Front-End Skills: proficiency in front-end development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript and frameworks like Angular or React for building custom portals;
- Solution Architecture and Design: solid experience in solution architecture, focused on creating scalable, high-performance systems;
- Relevant ServiceNow certifications, such as CAD, CTA, CMA, or other related certifications, are a plus.
