About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive agile transformation in large enterprises with high organizational complexity;
  • Lead tribe ramp-ups and sustain the agile model throughout the maturity lifecycle;
  • Collaborate with senior leadership (CPOs, Tribe Leads, executives) on adoption and evolution of agile practices;
  • Facilitate rituals, ceremonies, collaborative workshops, and cross-team interactions;
  • Support the definition, implementation, and monitoring of OKRs and metrics;
  • Work to remove organizational impediments and dependencies between teams;
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to leaders, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and teams;
  • Adapt the agile approach according to the tribe's maturity;
  • Contribute to continuous improvement, workflow optimization, and the evolution of roles and responsibilities;

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 4+ years of experience working as an Agile Coach (in addition to experience as Scrum Master/Product Owner);
  • Proven experience in agile transformation with multiple squads/tribes;
  • Hands-on experience with tribe ramp-ups and maturity progression;
  • Experience in complex contexts, cross-team dependencies, and cultural change;
  • Practical experience implementing OKRs, metrics, KPIs, and dashboards;
  • Strong expertise in Scrum, Kanban, flow management, and dependency management;
  • Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and ServiceNow;
  • Ability to support rituals, backlog management, flow, role definition, and continuous improvement;
  • Experience providing day-to-day coaching and mentoring;
  • Practical experience with scaled agility (e.g., SAFe);
