About the role
- Act as a functional consultant for IAM/IDM
- Map and analyze processes for granting, modifying and revoking access
- Gather and document functional requirements and business rules
- Support the definition of identity and access governance models
- Conduct impact analyses on integrations and systems
- Support processes such as access recertification, Segregation of Duties (SoD), and security audits
- Produce functional documentation and process flow diagrams
- Collaborate closely with technical teams, security and business areas
- Oversee implementations and support functional validations
Requirements
- Experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM/IDM)
- Experience in eliciting and analyzing functional requirements
- Knowledge of access governance and information security
- Experience producing functional documentation and process mapping
- Experience integrating business and technology areas
- Knowledge of access provisioning, review and revocation processes
- Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with IAM tools such as SailPoint, Saviynt, Oracle Identity Manager, IBM Security Identity Manager
- Knowledge of Segregation of Duties (SoD)
- Experience in information security projects
- Experience in insurance companies, banks or large enterprises
- Knowledge of ISO 27001, audit and compliance
- Experience with agile methodologies and Jira
