About the role

  • The Senior Salesforce Developer will be responsible for developing and evolving solutions on the Salesforce platform, with a focus on Service Cloud and Digital Engagement, ensuring quality, performance, and adherence to platform best practices.
  • Acts in a consultative manner with architects, technical leads and stakeholders to design and implement scalable solutions, and supports the development of the team.
  • Develop advanced solutions on the Salesforce Service Cloud platform.
  • Technically implement Digital Engagement (Chat, WhatsApp and Bots).
  • Design and configure Omni-Channel Routing to optimize support and service delivery.
  • Develop custom solutions using Apex.
  • Build modern components using Lightning Web Components (LWC).
  • Create, optimize and maintain Flows and process automations.
  • Develop integrations with external systems via REST and SOAP APIs.
  • Ensure adherence to governor limits and development best practices.
  • Collaborate on solution architecture and technical design.
  • Participate in deployments and version control management, preferably using Copado.

Requirements

  • Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud.
  • Proven experience with Digital Engagement (Chat, WhatsApp, Bots).
  • Experience configuring Omni-Channel.
  • Advanced Apex development skills.
  • Experience developing components with Lightning Web Components (LWC).
  • Solid experience with Salesforce Flows.
  • Experience with REST/SOAP integrations.
  • Ability to analyze logs and perform complex troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Governor Limits.
  • Nice to have: Experience with Copado.
  • Experience with Salesforce solution architecture.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, Service Cloud Consultant).
  • Technical English.
