About the role
- Design, develop and maintain backend applications using Golang;
- Define and evolve microservices architectures and distributed systems;
- Provide technical guidance to the team on design decisions and best practices;
- Implement and optimize integrations with AWS services;
- Work on CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation;
- Ensure code quality (testing, code reviews, coding standards);
- Monitor, analyze and optimize cloud performance and costs;
- Support cross-functional teams (product, DevOps, data);
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues and critical incidents.
Requirements
- Strong experience in Golang development;
- Experience with microservices architecture and distributed systems;
- Advanced knowledge of AWS services, such as EC2, S3, RDS, DynamoDB, Lambda, API Gateway, SNS, SQS, EventBridge;
- Observability best practices;
- Experience with Docker and orchestration (Kubernetes highly desirable);
- Solid knowledge of REST APIs and/or gRPC;
- Experience with relational databases and NoSQL databases;
- Experience with CI/CD (GitHub Actions);
- Knowledge of application security and cloud best practices;
- Experience with version control (Git);
- Experience working in agile methodologies;
- Desired: Infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation);
- Experience with messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ);
- Advanced observability practices (distributed tracing, metrics);
- Experience with event-driven architecture (EDA);
- AWS certifications (Solutions Architect, Developer, etc.).
