About the role
- Ensure the understanding of functional requirements, support organizational changes, and guarantee the consistency of implemented solutions throughout the project lifecycle.
- Analyze and formalize the requirements of projects or product teams.
- Lead functional and scoping workshops with business stakeholders.
- Define integration, deployment and application entitlement/authorization strategies for business applications.
- Manage user profiling and authorization strategies.
- Drive organizational impact: conduct impact analyses, define action plans, and coordinate implementation.
- Contribute to compliance, controls, recertification and data quality efforts.
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of experience as a functional Business Analyst or in a business reference role.
- Expert knowledge of P&C (Property & Casualty) / Motor insurance; candidates from life, provident, health or travel insurance are also welcome.
- Demonstrates rigor, active listening, and excellent questioning and paraphrasing skills.
- Comfortable both verbally and in writing, with a recognized business partner approach.
- Comfortable in structured environments and projects with strong functional stakes.
