About the role

  • Provide deep expertise in Guidewire (configuration, customization, integration, upgrades/evolutions).
  • Validate functional and technical-functional designs in accordance with Guidewire standards.
  • Ensure consistency of impact analyses.
  • Participate in code reviews and the analysis of production incidents/defects.
  • Play a key role in collaboration with architecture and information security (IS).

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of proven experience with Guidewire.
  • Expertise in ClaimCenter and/or PolicyCenter with Guidewire certification.
  • Strong knowledge of insurance IT systems is an asset.
  • Proficient in Guidewire configuration, customization, integration, and upgrade/change management practices.
  • Ability to challenge and structure functional and technical decisions.
