About the role
- Analyze, challenge, and formalize business requirements
- Facilitate requirements elicitation and scoping workshops
- Write user stories and functional and technical-functional specifications
- Collaborate with development and architecture teams
- Support functional testing and UAT phases
- Contribute to the quality of deliverables and user satisfaction
- Participate in documentation and knowledge transfer to business teams
Requirements
- At least 4 years' experience as a Business Analyst
- Strong proficiency in requirements analysis
- Knowledge of the challenges and constraints of the insurance/banking sector
