About the role
- Atuar na área de Managed Services como Engenheiro de DevOps e SRE Sênior.
- Desenvolver e manter infraestrutura como código (IaC) usando Terraform.
- Gerenciar clusters Kubernetes em ambientes multi-nuvem (Azure, Google Cloud, AWS).
- Criar e otimizar pipelines de CI/CD.
- Administrar e otimizar ambientes de nuvem garantindo custo-eficiência.
- Integrar práticas de DevSecOps e garantir conformidade com normas de segurança.
- Implementar soluções de monitoramento e logging (ex.: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack) e solucionar problemas de performance e disponibilidade.
- Monitorar sistemas, responder a incidentes e oferecer suporte operacional (Atendimento N3).
- Garantir confiabilidade, desempenho, disponibilidade, escalabilidade e resiliência dos sistemas e serviços.
- Projetar e implementar gestão de capacidade para antecipar demandas.
- Automatizar operações repetitivas e tarefas manuais para aumentar eficiência operacional.
- Definir e monitorar SLOs/SLIs e garantir cumprimento dos SLAs.
- Participar de on-call conforme necessidade.
Requirements
- Profissional de nível Coordenação / Engenheiro DevOps e SRE Sênior.
- Experiência comprovada em Terraform e Kubernetes.
- Proficiência em Azure, Google Cloud e AWS (multi-nuvem).
- Experiência em pipelines de CI/CD (ex.: GitLab CI, Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
- Conhecimento sólido de containers e orquestração.
- Habilidades em scripting e automação (ex.: Bash, Python, PowerShell).
- Experiência com ferramentas de configuração (Ansible, Chef, Puppet).
- Experiência com monitoramento e logging (ex.: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack).
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicação e colaboração.
- Capacidade de trabalhar de forma independente e em equipe.
- Disponibilidade para suporte fora do horário comercial / on-call.
- Desejável: Certificações em Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, Kubernetes.
- Desejável: Proficiência no idioma inglês.
