About the role

  • Provide support and maintenance for CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitHub Actions;
  • Collaborate on deployments to OpenShift (Kubernetes), AWS environments, and bare-metal servers;
  • Work on configuration management using Ansible;
  • Provide support for Linux/Unix systems and assist with Windows environments when needed;
  • Contribute to monitoring and observability using Dynatrace and the ELK Stack;
  • Collaborate with development teams using Jira, Confluence, and GitHub;
  • Participate in Kanban-based delivery;
  • Use AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Rovo, and Devin;
  • Create documentation and support improvement of operational processes;
  • Collaborate with international teams through clear communication in English;

Requirements

  • English level B2 or higher (spoken and written);
  • Solid fundamentals in Unix/Linux;
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of Ansible;
  • Knowledge of Git and version control workflows;
  • Basic coding or scripting experience (Bash, Python, or similar);
  • Strong interest in learning and growing in DevOps;
  • Ability to work in distributed, international teams;
  • Differentials:
  • Experience with Jenkins and/or GitHub Actions;
  • Knowledge of Kubernetes or OpenShift;
  • Experience with AWS or other cloud providers;
  • Familiarity with the ELK Stack;
  • Knowledge of Dynatrace or other monitoring tools;
  • Windows systems administration;
  • Experience in the banking, financial, or FX sectors;
  • Previous experience with Kanban;
  • Exposure to AI-assisted development tools;
