About the role

  • You support our clients in implementing business requirements as part of the digital transformation of their organization and processes (front-to-back (F2B) or end-to-end (E2E)).
  • You advise them on specific business topics (bank management, regulatory reporting, risk management…), prepare functional specifications, test concepts and feasibility studies, support software selection processes, and prepare proposals and proposal presentations.
  • Depending on the client projects, you work in agile or traditional project environments to elaborate current business requirements and, together with stakeholders, ensure their successful implementation.
  • In close cooperation with our team of developers, you accompany the implementation through to a successful roll-out.
  • You design functional tests, create test data, execute tests and document the results to ensure the high quality of the solution you develop.
  • You support the business unit in the introduction of new solutions, prepare training materials and manuals, and provide coaching and training.
  • In production, you analyze customer inquiries and design efficient corrections.

Requirements

  • You have a degree in economics, (business) computer science, (financial) mathematics, physics or a comparable qualification, preferably with banking-specific experience.
  • Methodical know-how in consulting and project work/project management.
  • Strong analytical thinking and an above-average interest in technology are among your strengths.
  • Experience with SQL is desirable.
  • Your key to good collaboration with our clients is strong communication skills and a clear solution orientation.
  • Ideally, you already have in-depth experience from projects at banks and financial service providers.
  • You are willing to travel and enjoy working both independently and in teams, nationally and internationally.
  • You have very good German skills and practical, work-ready English skills.
