About the role

  • Act as a trusted advisor to business areas, IT and executives, translating strategic requirements into Salesforce solutions.
  • Lead diagnostics, assessments and evolution roadmaps (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud).
  • Conduct executive workshops, discovery sessions and define complex requirements.
  • Propose functional architectures, patterns and best-practice recommendations.
  • Guide and oversee squads and projects, ensuring governance, quality and adherence to Salesforce standards.
  • Coordinate implementation cycles with partners, internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Serve as the guardian of the client’s Salesforce strategy and vision.
  • Identify opportunities for automation, optimization and platform expansion.
  • Support integrations with other platforms to promote a 360° CRM view.
  • Support Marketing teams with data-driven strategies, segmentation, automations and customer journeys.
  • Support Customer Service teams in enhancing customer experience, omnichannel capabilities and operational efficiency.
  • Provide technical guidance to engineering teams, preferably with prior experience acting as a Tech Lead.

Requirements

  • Solid experience within the Salesforce ecosystem (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud).
  • Track record in complex CRM and Digital Transformation projects, with consultative and strategic engagement.
  • Experience in project management, technical leadership or leading workstreams.
  • Knowledge of IVR (URA), WhatsApp and other digital channels integrated with Salesforce.
  • Strong executive communication skills, influence and negotiation ability.
  • Analytical and critical mindset to propose improvements and continuous platform evolution.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce best practices, including governance, backlog management and a CTA-like approach.
  • Experience engaging with multiple stakeholders, squads and partners.
