About the role
- Define and execute test strategies, covering functional and non-functional testing.
- Actively participate in technical and business refinement sessions, ensuring full understanding of scope, solutions and impacted systems.
- Identify quality risks and propose mitigation plans.
- Create Test Plans, defining high-level scenarios and validation objectives.
- Manage quality metrics and indicators, tracking results using tools such as Octane, PBI, Jira and SonarQube.
- Ensure standardization of testing processes (modeling, execution, evidence and findings).
- Plan and oversee regression and end-to-end testing, engaging the QA COE for automation when applicable.
- Ensure quality requirements are met within sprints by participating in agile ceremonies, reviews and retrospectives.
- Drive continuous improvement plans and maintain a backlog of quality actions.
- Evaluate results, flag release risks and prepare recommendation reports (Go / No-Go).
- Monitor and report production incidents, ensuring QA indicators and reports are kept up to date.
Requirements
- Strong experience in Software Quality and Testing (QA).
- Experience with tools such as Octane, PBI, Jira and SonarQube.
- Basic knowledge of test automation.
- Experience in people and project management.
- Good communication, organization and ability to collaborate effectively in agile environments.
