About the role
- Assessment of compliance risks and handling of compliance inquiries.
- Comprehensive research and review against applicable laws, internal requirements and regulations, followed by preparation and presentation for the Compliance team.
- Preparation of reporting and consolidation of analysis and research results for further processing.
- Participation in the development and provision of guidelines, policies and training materials.
- Reporting to the Group Head of Corporate Audit & Group Compliance.
- Occasional travel to GFT locations worldwide relevant for trainings and investigations (and, if applicable, audits).
Requirements
- Completed bachelor’s degree in business law, law, business administration or a comparable qualification.
- Strong analytical skills, high quality standards and discretion.
- Enjoy working in a team, contributing and discussing a variety of perspectives.
- Proactive, structured working style and a pronounced hands‑on mentality.
- Enjoy researching legal requirements and changes worldwide.
- Good Excel skills, including data analysis and presentation functions.
- Fluent English (English is the corporate language) and confident German skills.
