About the role

  • Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources to generate strategic business insights;
  • Build interactive dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar;
  • Design and maintain data pipelines (ETL/ELT) in both structured and unstructured environments;
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (IT, product, marketing, finance) to understand analytical needs;
  • Conduct statistical and predictive analyses to support data-driven decision making.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of SQL for manipulating and querying large volumes of data;
  • Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.);
  • Practical experience with languages such as Python or R for data analysis;
  • Knowledge of data modeling (relational and dimensional);
  • Ability to interpret data and communicate results clearly to technical and non-technical audiences;
  • Preferred: Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP);
  • Familiarity with code versioning tools (e.g., Git);
  • Familiarity with machine learning concepts or advanced statistics;
  • Knowledge of NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra, etc.);
  • Experience working in agile environments (Scrum/Kanban) and with tools such as Jira or Confluence.
