About the role
- Identify quality gaps and implement technical solutions, including new frameworks and improvements to test coverage;
- Define coding standards, test architecture, and automation best practices;
- Design, maintain, and evolve automation and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines;
- Create complex test scenarios aligned with financial market business rules, anticipating critical failures;
- Collaborate with management on technical discussions and execute the defined strategy autonomously;
- Contribute to the consolidation and maturation of QA processes within a growing area.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with test automation using Cypress, Selenium, Playwright, and k6;
- Knowledge of CI/CD, API testing, and database validations;
- Ability to work autonomously in loosely structured environments;
- Highly execution-oriented, problem-solving profile focused on delivering value.
