About the role

  • Design and execute functional test cases with a focus on complex business rules;
  • Develop and maintain automated E2E, API, and integration tests to ensure regression coverage and system stability;
  • Translate financial market and regulatory rules (derivatives exchange) into precise test scenarios;
  • Act in a consultative capacity during dailies, plannings, and refinement sessions, questioning requirements, proposing improvements, and anticipating risks;
  • Identify test coverage gaps and autonomously propose tools, metrics, and technical solutions;
  • Support the definition of the area’s quality strategy and the prioritization of critical scenarios.

Requirements

  • Solid experience in test automation (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar);
  • Experience programming in Java, C#, Python, JavaScript, or an equivalent stack;
  • Experience with API/Backend testing (REST and SOAP);
  • Autonomous and proactive profile with a strong sense of ownership, especially in environments that have direct business impact;
  • Preferred: Functional knowledge of Financial Markets / Capital Markets (B3, order types, Home Broker, positions and custody).
