About the role

  • Drive the development of the Credit Risk Stress Testing platform
  • Work closely with business stakeholders and the Tribe Product Owner to gather and refine requirements
  • Shape and prioritize the backlog
  • Guide the team’s delivery
  • Act as a bridge between business and technology
  • Translate needs into actionable solutions
  • Collaborate across teams within an Agile framework
  • Help shape the future of our systems and processes

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience as an IT Business Analyst in the financial industry; technical experience is a plus
  • Experience in the area of Credit Risk (mandatory requirement)
  • Knowledge of Credit Risk Stress Testing processes and risk methodologies
  • Ability to collaborate with the stress testing team and interpret requirements related to modeling and data
  • Experience in migrating solutions to Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
  • Ability to conduct functional analysis and prepare feature backlog in a technological environment
  • Capability to independently perform data analysis using basic SQL queries
  • Experience working in an Agile methodology – close collaboration with the development team during feature implementation
  • Ability to communicate effectively with business stakeholders
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
