About the role
- Analytical professional with strong communication skills to work in a technical environment focused on system integrations, performance analysis, and security.
- The role requires experience with programming languages, databases, and monitoring tools, as well as advanced English for interaction with international clients.
Requirements
- Advanced English for conducting technical meetings;
- Strong programming logic skills;
- Experience with Java and Python (reading code, troubleshooting, scripting);
- SQL knowledge for queries, log analysis and troubleshooting;
- Familiarity with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL);
- Understanding of service-oriented architecture (SOA);
- Experience with REST and SOAP APIs;
- Knowledge of system integrations and flow troubleshooting;
- Experience with monitoring tools such as Datadog, Dynatrace, Grafana or Zabbix;
- Ability to create dashboards, configure alerts and interpret metrics;
- Experience with platforms like ServiceNow, Jira or Zendesk;
- Ability to log and resolve technical tickets with SLA focus;
- Operate on a 12x36 shift schedule, from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
