About the role
- Design, develop and optimize Generative AI pipelines and intelligent agents based on LLMs (Large Language Models);
- Build and integrate solutions using frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, CrewAI or similar;
- Orchestrate and monitor multi-skilled agents, including autonomous reasoning, decision-making and task automation;
- Work with AWS services such as Bedrock, SageMaker, Lambda, Step Functions, among others;
- Apply MLOps and GenAI Ops practices for model versioning, monitoring and deployment;
- Collaborate with product, engineering and business teams to identify opportunities and deliver GenAI-based solutions;
- Ensure security, scalability and performance of proposed solutions.
Requirements
- Proven experience with Python in AI applications or distributed systems;
- Deep knowledge of GenAI (Generative AI) and AgentAI (Autonomous Agents);
- Hands-on experience with frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI or equivalents;
- Familiarity with language models (LLMs) such as GPT (OpenAI), Claude (Anthropic), Mistral, LLaMA, etc.;
- Experience with AWS services, particularly those focused on AI/ML (e.g., Bedrock, SageMaker, Lambda, ECS/Fargate);
- Experience with RESTful APIs, serverless architecture and containers;
- Ability to work with unstructured data, especially RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).
