About the role
- Provide technical leadership for the full-stack development team, ensuring best practices and delivery quality;
- Define and oversee the architecture of web applications using Java (Spring Boot) for the backend and React for the frontend;
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions;
- Review code and guide technical decisions, ensuring quality standards and consistency;
- Implement and supervise RESTful APIs, focusing on security, scalability, and performance;
- Support the definition and execution of automated testing strategies and CI/CD pipelines;
- Anticipate and resolve technical bottlenecks, proposing performance and scalability improvements;
- Stay up to date with trends in Java, React, and AWS, bringing innovations to the team.
Requirements
- Advanced English (B2 level or higher);
- Strong experience in full-stack development, with a solid foundation in Java (Spring Boot) and React;
- Previous experience in technical leadership roles or as a technical reference within development teams;
- Advanced knowledge of AWS Cloud;
- Experience with relational databases;
- Understanding of software architecture and RESTful API design principles;
- Proficiency with version control systems (Git);
- Ability to prioritize tasks, organize deliveries, and support the team in meeting deadlines with quality.
