About the role
- Coordination and allocation of examination appointments for outpatient and inpatient patients
- Telephone and written communication with patients, relatives and referring practices to arrange appointments
- Recording and maintenance of patient data in the Hospital Information System (HIS) to prepare for treatment
- Monitoring appointment capacities and optimizing utilization while taking medical urgency into account
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as a Healthcare Management Clerk or as a Medical Assistant (MFA)
- Confident use of modern information and communication systems and, ideally, experience with a Hospital Information System (HIS)
- Strong organizational skills and enjoyment in working with people
- Good communication skills and an open, empathetic approach to our patients and their relatives
