About the role
- Provide palliative medical care to severely ill patients
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for patients and their relatives
- Collaborate in an interdisciplinary team with palliative physicians
- Ensure correct professional documentation and recording of services
- Participate in on-call duty
Requirements
- Qualified nurse / Registered nurse (m/f/d) or health and nursing professional (m/f/d)
- Further training in Palliative Care (160 hours)
- Respectful, empathetic, and appreciative approach to patients and relatives
- Emotional stability and reliability
- Proficient computer skills
- Valid driver’s license
