About the role
- Responsibility for projects that sustainably improve everyday clinical operations
- Analyze workflows, identify optimization potentials and develop concrete strategies
- Support the implementation of digitalization projects as the central interface between IT, clinical teams and hospital management
- Cross-project coordination and transparent progress tracking
Requirements
- Relevant qualification (degree in Business Administration or Health Economics, commercial training, nursing qualification or equivalent)
- Experience in project management as well as in planning and implementing projects, ideally in the healthcare sector
- Routine use of common MS Office applications
- Independent, structured way of working
- Teamwork, reliability and empathy are particularly important
