About the role
- Support nursing staff through structured organization, administrative relief, and patient-focused assistance.
- Coordinate admissions and discharges in collaboration with bed management.
- Conduct initial patient interviews.
- Coordinate internal patient transport.
- Support all routine administrative tasks.
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as a Medical Assistant (m/f/d) or physician’s assistant, or several years of experience in secretarial/administrative work.
- Ideally, experience in practice/clinic management.
- Independent and organized working style, even under pressure.
- Very good IT/computer skills.
