Requirements

What you’ll need

Teaching experience in adult education, ideally in the state-funded/subsidized education sector (proof required).
Completed degree in computer science or completed IT vocational training.
IHK train-the-trainer certification (AEVO) or willingness to obtain it.
Current CompTIA A+ certification; additional CompTIA certifications are an advantage.
Comfortable working with diverse/heterogeneous learner groups.
Willingness to pursue continuous professional development.
