About the role
- Supervision of workplace/company project work
- Point of contact for GFN internship companies
- Point of contact for all IHK-related matters, both for our retraining participants and for GFN staff in the training centers
- Regular assignments as an instructor/lecturer in funded education programs
Requirements
- IHK trainer aptitude certificate (AEVO), an equivalent qualification, or willingness to obtain such certification
- Qualification as an IT specialist in Application Development or System Integration (Fachinformatiker), or a degree in IT
- Ideally: experience with key IHK topics — final examinations under the new AO 2020 (AP1 and AP2), examination requirements, deadlines, admission criteria, and workplace project work
- Several years of professional experience in IT
- Teaching experience in adult education, preferably in publicly funded training programs
- Willingness to pursue continuous professional development
