About the role
- You own the product vision for our AI development.
- You lead our AI team (currently 2 developers + ops), which is expected to grow.
- You design workflows for our PR teams where humans and AI collaborate.
- You measure what you build, define the KPIs and track the impact.
- You run development cycles: Hypothesis → Build → Measure → Iterate.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in product management for tech products or complex web applications
- Line management experience (at least 2 direct reports, minimum 1 year)
- Demonstrable experience with AI/ML in a product context
- Ideally a startup or scale-up background
- German at C2 level
- Technical understanding: data models, APIs, and architecture discussions
