About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You own the product vision for our AI development.
You lead our AI team (currently 2 developers + ops), which is expected to grow.
You design workflows for our PR teams where humans and AI collaborate.
You measure what you build, define the KPIs and track the impact.
You run development cycles: Hypothesis → Build → Measure → Iterate.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Several years of experience in product management for tech products or complex web applications
Line management experience (at least 2 direct reports, minimum 1 year)
Demonstrable experience with AI/ML in a product context
Ideally a startup or scale-up background
German at C2 level
Technical understanding: data models, APIs, and architecture discussions
