Full ownership of the system architecture (frontend through backend) and ongoing development
Expand and optimize a modular frontend with AI-assisted features
Develop and maintain automated workflows, AI agents, and orchestration
Build and maintain a Supabase architecture, including relational and vector databases
Documentation and technical coaching (know-how transfer across the organization).

Requirements

> 5 years of professional experience, including > 2 years in full-stack development or equivalent experience
Tech stack: Next.js, React, TypeScript, PostgreSQL
Strong skills in SQL, API design, schema design, edge functions, and query optimization
Mindset: ownership mentality, pragmatic, systems thinker, structured, curious, and enthusiastic about AI
Fluent German (C1).
