About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and maintain mobile interfaces using Flutter and Kotlin.
Design and implement reusable front-end components.
Implement screens and user flows based on prototypes provided by the Design team.
Integrate mobile applications with internal APIs and services.
Optimize interface performance, ensuring smoothness, responsiveness, and a high-quality user experience.
Ensure application compatibility across different devices and usage contexts, including kiosk/totem solutions.
Perform testing, debugging and issue resolution in the software.
Participate in code reviews, planning meetings and technical alignments.
Support continuous improvement of code, front-end architecture and development standards.
Collaborate with junior developers, providing guidance on technical questions and best practices in day-to-day work.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Previous experience in mobile front-end development.
Hands-on knowledge of Flutter and Dart.
Knowledge of Kotlin for Android development.
Ability to create interfaces focused on usability, performance and visual quality.
Experience with API integration.
Strong problem-solving skills, technical analysis and code debugging abilities.
Organized to manage multiple tasks, deadlines and priorities.
Attention to detail and concern for the end-user experience.
Good communication skills to work closely with Product, Design, Development and Operations.
Collaborative attitude to support the team and contribute to the evolution of solutions.
