About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop, maintain and optimize CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test and deployment processes
- Manage and monitor infrastructure as code using tools such as Terraform, Pulumi, Ansible or CloudFormation
- Configure, maintain and standardize development, testing, staging and production environments, ensuring consistency, stability and operational predictability
- Implement and maintain monitoring, alerting and observability solutions to track system and environment health
- Respond to infrastructure and systems incidents, helping to restore services quickly and reduce operational impact
- Collaborate with Development, Operations and Product teams to strengthen DevOps practices, continuous integration and continuous delivery
- Support the automation of operational processes to reduce manual tasks, minimize human error and eliminate unnecessary dependencies
- Manage identity lifecycle in GCP, organizing users, groups, permissions and custom roles
- Administer and secure Service Accounts, applying best practices such as Workload Identity and minimizing the use of static credentials
- Contribute to continuous improvements in the security, availability, performance and scalability of technology environments
Requirements
What you’ll need- Previous experience in DevOps, infrastructure, automation or related areas
- Hands-on experience with cloud environments, especially GCP
- Ability to work with organization, responsibility and attention to detail in critical environments
- Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking for failure analysis, risk assessment and impact evaluation
- Proactive attitude to propose improvements, automate processes and anticipate operational issues
- Ability to remain calm, focused and balanced during incidents or high-pressure situations
- Good communication and collaboration skills with technical teams and business areas
- Commitment to best practices for security, stability and reliability of environments
