About the role
- Application support and maintenance for the deployed KIS (Clinical Information System)
- Adapting the Clinical Information System to legal requirements and internal processes
- Supporting and assisting clinic management during the introduction of new applications, configurations, functional checks and updates
- Monitoring data exchange with payers (health insurance providers)
- Providing support for user errors, technical issues and content-related questions
- Master data and user administration, including assignment of access rights
- Developing training materials and conducting training for application users
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in IT (e.g., Fachinformatiker, IT system administrator, IT systems clerk, IT technician, IT product manager, specialist in system integration, IT system electronics technician) or a comparable qualification is required
- Professional experience, ideally as an IT specialist / application support for clinical systems in healthcare; project management skills are desirable
- Extensive knowledge of IT systems and MS Office is required
- Loyal and responsible handling of sensitive information and data
- Strong service and customer orientation and good communication skills
- Independent and self-reliant working style
