About the role
- Application support and user support for the deployed Clinical Information System (KIS)
- Customizing the Clinical Information System to comply with legal and internal requirements/processes
- Monitoring data exchange with payers
- Deployment of new applications, configurations, functional checks and updates
- Support for user errors, technical issues and content-related questions
- Developing training materials and delivering training to system users
- Further development and digitalization of work processes
- Monitoring and optimization of systems
- Creating custom templates/forms/documents
- Reporting, statistics and data analyses
- Acting as deputy for the IT system administrator
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in an IT field (e.g., IT specialist, IT system administrator, IT systems management, IT technician, IT product manager, IT specialist in system integration, IT systems electronics technician) or comparable training and/or equivalent practical, demonstrable experience
- Professional experience, ideally as an IT specialist / application administrator for clinical systems in healthcare; project management experience is desirable but not required
- Solid general knowledge of IT systems and MS Office
- Loyal and responsible handling of sensitive information and data
- Strong service and customer orientation and good communication skills
- Independent and self-reliant working style
