About the role
- Planning, coordination and project management of small and medium-sized construction and renovation projects in building services/technical building equipment (heating, air conditioning, ventilation, sanitary)
- Planning and site management for renovations and extensions during ongoing hospital operations
- Coordination of service providers and ensuring compliance with legal requirements and regulations
- Monitoring the time, cost and quality parameters of construction measures
- Controlling construction execution up to acceptance and following up on any defects
Requirements
- State-recognized engineer (m/f/d) with a completed degree (Diploma, Bachelor or Master) in building services/plant engineering (HVAC/Plumbing/Sanitary)
- Professional experience in planning, designing and managing construction projects, ideally in a hospital environment
- Professional experience in tendering and awarding construction contracts
- Proficient in common software such as MS Office
- Ideally experienced with AVA programs (e.g. ORCA)
- Experience with SAP
- German language skills at least at C1 level
- Responsible team player
- Independent and self-reliant
