About the role

  • Planning, coordination and project management of small and medium-sized construction and renovation projects in building services/technical building equipment (heating, air conditioning, ventilation, sanitary)
  • Planning and site management for renovations and extensions during ongoing hospital operations
  • Coordination of service providers and ensuring compliance with legal requirements and regulations
  • Monitoring the time, cost and quality parameters of construction measures
  • Controlling construction execution up to acceptance and following up on any defects

Requirements

  • State-recognized engineer (m/f/d) with a completed degree (Diploma, Bachelor or Master) in building services/plant engineering (HVAC/Plumbing/Sanitary)
  • Professional experience in planning, designing and managing construction projects, ideally in a hospital environment
  • Professional experience in tendering and awarding construction contracts
  • Proficient in common software such as MS Office
  • Ideally experienced with AVA programs (e.g. ORCA)
  • Experience with SAP
  • German language skills at least at C1 level
  • Responsible team player
  • Independent and self-reliant
