About the role
- Planning, coordination and project management of small to medium construction and renovation projects in technical building services (TGA) — heating, air conditioning, ventilation and sanitary systems
- Responsibility for design, site supervision and coordination of contractors/service providers
- Ensuring compliance with legal requirements and regulations
- Monitoring schedule, cost and quality parameters of construction measures
- Controlling construction execution up to acceptance and following up on any defects
Requirements
- State-recognized engineer (m/f/d) with a completed degree (Diploma, Bachelor or Master) in building services/supply engineering (HKLS)
- Professional experience in planning, project engineering and managing construction projects, ideally in a hospital environment
- Advantageous: experience in tendering and awarding construction contracts
- Proficient with common software such as MS Office; ideally also experienced with AVA software (e.g., ORCA)
- Experience with SAP
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility
- German language proficiency of at least C1
