About the role
- Posting job ads: you will help create compelling job advertisements and publish them across various job boards
- Developing campaigns: work with us on creative campaigns and help drive our online marketing
- Application management: support the processing of speculative/unsolicited applications and coordinate with our external service providers
- International recruitment: assist in organizing entry/immigration and the recognition of professional qualifications for skilled workers from abroad
- Project work: get involved in new projects, events, and analyses — actively contributing across activities
Requirements
- You are currently undergoing a funded retraining program in office administration, healthcare, or marketing
- You speak German well and are proficient with Microsoft Office programs
- Your internship lasts six months or longer
- You enjoy working in a team and can complete tasks independently
