About the role
- Planning, coordination and project management of small and medium-sized construction and renovation projects in the field of building services/technical building equipment (heating, cooling, ventilation, sanitary)
- Responsible for planning and site management during ongoing hospital operations
- Coordination of service providers/contractors, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and regulations
- Monitoring schedule, costs and quality of construction measures
- Controlling the construction execution up to acceptance and following up on any defects
Requirements
- State-recognized engineer (m/f/d) with a completed degree (Diploma, Bachelor’s or Master’s) in building services/supply engineering (HKLS)
- Professional experience in planning, designing and leading construction projects, ideally in a hospital environment
- Practical experience in tendering and awarding construction contracts
- Proficient with standard software such as MS Office, ideally also with AVA programs (e.g., ORCA)
- Experience with SAP
- Responsible team player, able to work independently and take initiative
- German language proficiency at least at C1 level
