Key responsibilities & impact

Conduct judicial negotiations with a focus on consensual resolution of disputes
Work on cases related to Labor Law and Civil Law
Develop negotiation strategies aligned with the company's objectives
Maintain close relationships with partner law firms, involved parties, and other stakeholders
Record and track case information and departmental metrics

Requirements

What you’ll need

Law degree
Active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB)
Prior knowledge or experience in Labor Law and Civil Law
Excellent verbal and written communication
Genuine interest in conflict negotiation and strategic litigation resolution
Organized, empathetic, and results-oriented
Practical experience in judicial negotiations or conciliation hearings (a plus)
Experience in dynamic work environments (a plus)
Familiarity with digital legal platforms such as PJe and e-SAJ (a plus)
