About the role
- Installation and configuration of client and server systems
- Processing change requests and incident reports from our customers
- Analyzing and resolving error messages related to hardware and software
- Point of contact for IT-related topics to support and secure day-to-day operations
- Assisting with the planning, expansion and optimization of IT infrastructure and IT processes
Requirements
- Several years of professional experience desirable but not required
- Good communication skills
- Experience administering Microsoft products
- Knowledge of network infrastructure such as WLAN, VLANs, routers, firewalls and printers
- Knowledge of backup strategies is desirable
- Experience with Windows client management
- Pragmatic and analytical mindset and confident handling of PC hardware support
- Linux server knowledge would be advantageous (not mandatory)
