About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Further development and expansion of the school support team, including staff selection and case assignments
- Professional responsibility and ongoing quality assurance for the educational services
- Appreciative and goal-oriented guidance and leadership of up to 44 employees
- Participation in planning, development and conceptual tasks
- Networking and maintenance of contacts with school principals, teachers/educators, parents and service providers/funding authorities

Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in a pedagogical field, e.g. social pedagogy, social work or social management (Bachelor, Master or Diplom), or an equivalent qualification
- At least two years of professional experience working with children, adolescents or people with disabilities
- Competent, diplomatic communication across different stakeholder levels within a social enterprise
- Confident user of MS Office programs
- Desire for professional development and a drive to make a difference
- Knowledge of SGB VIII and SGB IX
- Charismatic personality and persuasive rhetorical skills
- Ability to inspire others
- Willingness, even in a leadership role, to remain close to operational day-to-day work
