Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed degree in education/pedagogy (e.g., Social Pedagogy, Social Work, Social Management) — Bachelor, Master or Diploma — or an equivalent qualification
At least two years of professional experience working with children, adolescents or people with disabilities
Competent, diplomatic communication across different stakeholder levels within a social enterprise
Confident user of MS Office programs
Ambition for professional development and a desire to make a tangible impact
