About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as the Card’s Product Owner and strategic thought leader of the credit union’s credit card program.
Maintain awareness of card products and services in the market.
Support the implementation of new products, service, or enhancements to existing offerings.
Work with internal and external stakeholders to develop performance models for Gesa’s credit card programs.
Analyze credit card portfolio risk including changes in credit quality, overall credit risk, and risk of fraud-related loss.
Prepare performance reports for senior leadership, highlighting key metrics and strategic progress.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance strongly preferred.
Minimum seven (7) years of experience in the financial industry.
Credit card portfolio management experience is preferred.
Minimum of five (5) years product ownership/product management experience.
Experienced in creating and formatting documents in Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, and Power Point.
