Work with administration to maintain Gersh/RSC culture and professionalism and support business growth.
Use assessment instruments and data to develop behavior change and intervention plans.
Conduct Skills and Functional Behavior Assessments remotely.
Ensure treatment plans comply with contracts, insurance, and professional standards.
Provide telehealth supervision, training, and observations to ABA Therapists, RBTs, BCaBAs, and BCBA candidates.
Establish and maintain data measurement, collection, and analysis systems.
Deliver consultation services to school districts, private schools and outside agencies as requested.
Participate in telehealth parent meetings and maintain required continuing education and RSC trainings (Safety Care, HIPAA).
Ensure HIPAA compliance and secure health information.
Complete 30 hours per week of billable supervision, parent trainings, and assessments approved by insurers and schools.
Flexibility to cover hours at other sites as needed; Monday–Friday 8:00am–6:00pm EST with occasional weekends.
Requirements
Must have current BCBA certification through the BACB.
Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
Training and certification under the Behavior Analysis Certification Program (BACB) for Applied Behavior Analysts.
Solid knowledge of the principles and practices of Applied Behavior Analysis, including general behavioral assessment and Ethical Standards in Behavior Analysis.
Ability to work with various technology including Rethink ABA Data System and Microsoft Office 365.
Ability to work with a high level of independence, prioritizing tasks and goals.
Clinical experience with telehealth services through insurance companies.
