About the role

  • Monitor data analyses to identify opportunities for conversion rate optimization.
  • Develop and implement CRO strategies to improve user experience and increase conversion rates.
  • Create and run A/B tests, conduct user experience analyses, and implement landing page (LP) design changes to improve conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing and Design teams to develop and implement optimization strategies.
  • Continuously monitor test performance and resulting optimizations.
  • Stay up to date on best practices and trends in conversion rate optimization and apply them to continuously improve strategies.

Requirements

  • Proven 2 years' experience in CRO.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make decisions.
  • Experience conducting A/B tests.
  • Results-oriented: performance-focused mindset and emphasis on measurable success.
  • Proficiency with tools: Unbounce (or alternatives) and Google Analytics.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript (not required).
  • Ability to work independently and proactively.
  • Fluent English.
  • Excellent communication skills.
