About the role
- Monitor data analyses to identify opportunities for conversion rate optimization.
- Develop and implement CRO strategies to improve user experience and increase conversion rates.
- Create and run A/B tests, conduct user experience analyses, and implement landing page (LP) design changes to improve conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the Marketing and Design teams to develop and implement optimization strategies.
- Continuously monitor test performance and resulting optimizations.
- Stay up to date on best practices and trends in conversion rate optimization and apply them to continuously improve strategies.
Requirements
- Proven 2 years' experience in CRO.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make decisions.
- Experience conducting A/B tests.
- Results-oriented: performance-focused mindset and emphasis on measurable success.
- Proficiency with tools: Unbounce (or alternatives) and Google Analytics.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript (not required).
- Ability to work independently and proactively.
- Fluent English.
- Excellent communication skills.
