About the role
- Support and advise local teams
- Advise teams on effective strategies, goal setting and team development
- Deliver training sessions and workshops for the teams
- Identify opportunities for engagement and new team formation
- Facilitate knowledge transfer and networking among local teams
- Strategically develop and refine advisory concepts
Requirements
- Familiarity with municipal climate protection, local government or municipal administration
- Strong understanding of political processes, institutions and legal frameworks
- Experience working with volunteers
- Proven experience in (agile) project management, preferably in the civil society/non-profit sector
