About the role

  • You develop territory and customer strategies to achieve targets in your sales region in the Netherlands
  • You carry out new customer acquisition and manage new and existing customers from the tendering process through contract award
  • You are responsible for building and maintaining long-term relationships with project developers, contractors and architects
  • You independently conduct contract-award negotiations and are responsible for tracking and following up on proposals

Requirements

  • Completed commercial or technical vocational training or degree
  • Several years of sales experience, ideally in the construction industry
  • Persuasiveness and strong negotiation skills to deliver consistent sales results
  • Dutch language skills at native-like level (C1/C2), German language skills at advanced level (B1/B2)
  • Structured, independent and goal-oriented working style
