About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support and implement consulting projects focused on the implementation of Integrity Programs, Compliance Management Systems and Anti‑Bribery controls;
Prepare technical documents such as maturity assessments, risk matrices, internal policies and action plans;
Organize and analyze information for regulatory and normative projects (e.g., ISO 37301, ISO 37001, Pró‑Ética);
Support and manage compliance requests, such as the Whistleblower reporting channel and internal guidance;
Assist in preparing materials for training sessions, workshops and awareness activities for clients and internal teams;
Work closely with the compliance team, following GEP methodologies and standards.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed degree in Law;
Genuine interest in Compliance, Governance, Corporate Ethics and regulatory topics;
Academic experience, internships or early-career exposure in the area (advanced experience not required);
Good organizational skills, attention to detail and analytical ability;
Eagerness to learn, accept feedback and grow in a consulting environment.
