About the role
- Design, writing, editing and proofreading for a variety of print/online materials
- Video production, including project management, storyboarding, content capture, and technical production/editing
- Serving as Editor of the Georgia EMC CONTACT e-newsletter
- Serving as photographer for Georgia EMC events
- Providing event support and on-site staffing as needed
- Managing updates to Georgia EMC website copy and graphics
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
- minimum of 2 years marketing and/or communications experience
- Proficiency in graphic design and video production
- technical ability in Adobe Creative Cloud software and/or comparable tools
- Knowledge of the electric utility industry is a plus
