About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the technical relationship for a portfolio of enterprise accounts from customer kick-off through renewal and expansion
  • Own onboarding and major implementation project plans, including timelines, milestones, resourcing, and risk tracking
  • Run standups and status calls, maintain accountability to dates, and escalate project slippage
  • Guide customers through deployment, integrations, and configuration
  • Become a deep expert on the Geordie platform, troubleshoot issues, and answer technical questions
  • Track account health and usage, identify risks, and drive customer engagement and expansion
  • Manage technical escalations by coordinating with engineering and product teams and closing the loop with customers
  • Partner with sales on expansion opportunities and technical health for renewals
  • Bring customer feedback, feature requests, and friction points to internal teams
  • Build runbooks, guides, and best-practice materials for scalable onboarding and support
  • Collaborate with sales, engineering, and product teams to deliver a seamless customer experience
  • As the first UK TAM, shape processes and playbooks for the growing TAM function
  • Use AI agents and tools such as Claude Cowork in daily workflows to work efficiently

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2–5 years' experience in a Technical Account Manager, Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, or Customer Success Engineer role at a SaaS or cybersecurity company
  • Passion and interest in agents, their use by organisations, security, risk, and governance
  • Technical fluency with agent architectures, agent security, agent tooling, APIs, SaaS/cloud integrations, and cloud environments
  • Proven experience owning post-sale relationships with enterprise customers, including onboarding, adoption, and renewal
  • Experience diagnosing and resolving technical issues and coordinating with engineering teams on fixes
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for technical practitioners and executive stakeholders
  • Strong discovery and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to deliver tailored product walkthroughs and training sessions independently
  • Highly organised, with rigorous attention to detail across documentation, account health tracking, and follow-through
  • Collaborative and comfortable in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment
  • Based in the United Kingdom, with the right to work in the UK and flexibility to travel to customer sites as needed
  • Nice to have: experience supporting security, AI/ML, or agentic tooling customers
  • Nice to have: active experience creating, deploying, and managing agents
  • Nice to have: prior experience at a high-growth Series A–B SaaS company
  • Nice to have: light scripting or coding ability, such as Python, and comfort with API tools such as Postman
  • Nice to have: relevant cloud or security certifications, such as AWS or Azure
